Before donating
Clean, undamaged and complete toys are widely accepted. Soft toys should retain their CE or UKCA safety marking; shops may also require boxed sets and games to have every piece.
Prepare it like this
Clean the toy according to its care instructions, check seams, parts and batteries, and keep safety markings attached. Keep sets together and ask before taking a large toy.
